Conditions of Hire:

Main terms:

1. The person booking the holiday is responsible for his/her guests. No additional guests, other than those listed may be invited to stay without prior written agreement.
2. Drugs are not permitted in any of the properties.

3. Smoking is not allowed.

4. Until you have written confirmation that the booking has been accepted, the booking is not confirmed and no contract exists. Provisional bookings may be held for up to 5 days pending receipt of your deposit and booking form.
5. A deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. The payment will also act as a damage deposit, which will be refunded after the owners’ agent has agreed there is no damage (with the exception of normal wear & tear). The full amount of the rental must be paid at least 6 weeks before commencement of the let.
